PAC Solutions is slated to produce its 1st annual FASHION D’LUX Show. A show that highlights luxury retail brands and designers. We decided to approach a local charity doing phenomenal work called, The Possibility Project – Charlotte. After having the pleasure to sit in on the conversation of the young, vibrant, out-spoken, and immensely talented group teenagers I was changed.
Tackling issues of Racism, Sexism, Education, Sexuality and other pertinent topics are on the agenda every week at The Possibility Project headquarters. Chuck full of creative learning strategies, brain-storming activities and, most importantly, action items, the kids are challenged to take what they have learned and how they have been impacted and apply these principles in their schools and communities.
The program is a year long intensive curriculum with performances and creative sessions being hosted right here in Charlotte! The conversations and the work that The Possibly Project is doing by inspiring kids through Arts & Entertainment can and will undoubtedly inspire a generation of leaders, not followers.
Stay tuned for up-coming performances and initiatives presented by The Possibility Project – CLT and be sure to catch them at our FASHION D’LUX Show August 28 and 29 2015 at Bechtler Museum.
